The fleece material used in DENSO Cabin Air Filters contains up to five individual layers which trap more than 99.9% of harmful pollutants and particles, holding them away from the vehicle interior in a high capacity dust holding chamber. Fine particles smaller than 3 µm (micrometers) – like diesel soot – can penetrate deeply into the lungs but DENSO filters are able to remove particles as small as 0.01 µm.

DENSO filters work without causing a drop in air pressure that could potentially damage a vehicle’s HVAC systems. Their superior efficiency helps to keep the cabin free of condensation in colder conditions. Two tpyes are offered:

Particle Filters
DENSO Particle Filters feature high quality, non-woven fabric to remove major air pollutants including dust, soot, lead, sulphates and exhaust particles. The filter fabric is so effective that it can remove particles just a few tenths of a micron in size – ensuring a safer, more pleasant in-car environment. 

Combination Filters
DENSO’s Combination Filters use high quality, non-woven fabric enhanced by an added layer of activated charcoal. This highly effective technology removes 25% more major pollutants from the air than standard Particle Filters – as well as eliminating unpleasant, even harmful, gases and smells.
