DENSO Announces Senior Management Changes

KARIYA (Japan) DENSO Corporation today announced management changes, which were approved at today's shareholders meeting and board of directors meeting. These changes are effective today.

New Directors appointed to the Board:

Koji Kobayashi, Executive Vice President (from Senior Managing Director)

Mitsuhiko Masegi, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer)

Masahiko Miyaki, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer)

Akio Shikamura, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer)

Haruya Maruyama, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer)

New Managing Officers:

Noboru Yamada (from President of DENSO (China) Investment Co., Ltd.)

Yukihiro Kato (from General Manager of Electronics Device Product Division)

Kazuaki Fujitani (from General Manager of Toyota Sales Department)

Shoji Tsuzuki (from General Manager of Human Resources Department)

Yoshifumi Kato (from General Manager of Technology Planning Department)
